I have tried all suggestions to no avail.  I have been experiencing this same problem for well over a year; since we upgraded to Windows 10.  We have hired out IT company to and they were able to temporarily fix it with a macro to Excel but that does not work with the newer versions of Excel.

This has been a great disappointment to me and can be a game changer if this issue does not get resolved.
