To get a call from our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team, you need to set a scheduled call back or choose a way to connect with support from the Help menu.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help from the Help menu.
  2. Search for something or enter a keyword on the search field, then click on the Contact Us link.
  3. Tap on the Get a callback button.
