I’m here to guide you on how to clear the cache in Microsoft Edge, @Cas9.

When you visit a website, the browser stores information, files, downloads, etc. These old files can cause some display or access problems. Clearing the cache helps applications run better on your computer.

For Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click on the three dots icon or More actions and choose Settings.
  2. Then, press the Choose what to clear option and choose the type of data you want to remove. For example, Browsing history, Download history, Cached images, and files, etc.
  3. Hit the Clear button.edge.pngedge1.png

For additional resources, see the Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online article. It contains links on how to remove the browsing history for each browser. Also, you'll find the steps  on how to clear Intuit-specific cookies.

Click the Reply button if you have any other concerns or questions about the product. I’m more than happy to answer them for you. Enjoy your day.
