Thanks for adding more details where the forms were purchased and sharing your thoughts regarding the issue.

Currently, we don't have any open investigations regarding misalignment of W-2’s. However, I still suggest following the steps provided by my colleagues to resolve the alignment issue. For forms bought outside of QuickBooks, you should be able to use them as long as they align.
