I did some research and discovered that this is still an ongoing issue that's occurring in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can get in touch with a live specialist to be added to the list of affected users.

 

Here's how:

  1. Select the Help option in the left-hand corner.
  2. Choose Contact Us and enter in your reason for a callback.
  3. Click on Get a callback.
  4. Type in your contact information and Confirm my call.
