In the meantime, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so they can check your account if there are missing data that is required during payroll setup. Since they have the specific tools to do further investigation.
Here's how to reach them:
- Click the Help icon on the top right.
- Hit Contact Us button at the bottom.
- Enter a short description about your concern.
- Tap on Let's talk.
- Choose the method on how you'd be connected to support.
