This is the same copy and paste answer that you all have been putting in these forums for the past 6+ months.  I did that - everyone has done that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have done this for close to 6  months.  6 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should I still be doing this at all???

No one is working on this or it would be FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  or issue a refund for time wasted on waiting for an answer.

Fire the engineers and get some new ones...and while QB is at it - have the writing department come up with some new copy and paste script - these are getting repetitive.
