It's not easy to experience issues while doing a task, njr.

 

This issue has been escalated with our engineers and we're working with them get this resolve. 

 

Let's make sure your company details will be added to the affected users' lists so you'll be notified once any update is available. I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the necessary tools to look into your account and can investigate this concern further.

  1. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Enter a topic in the search field.
  3. Click the Contact Us link.
  4. Choose either to Start messaging or Get a callback.
