This issue is still ongoing. Our Product Team haven't resolved this unexpected behavior yet but are continuously doing their best for the permanent fix. 

Our next update is currently scheduled on July 17, 2019. If you haven't signed up for the updates yet, please reach out to our Payroll Specialist so they can pull up your account in a safe environment and include you in the list of affected users.
