You can print Form 941 Schedule B by navigating to the Payroll Tax Center, @laurinda-mn. Regarding Form 940, it doesn’t include a Schedule B, as it is specifically used to report Federal Unemployment Tax Act (FUTA) taxes. Schedule B only applies to Form 941 for reporting detailed federal tax deposit schedules.
 

Here’s how to print 941 Schedule B:
 

1. Hover over My apps > Payroll > then select Payroll taxes.
2. Go to the Filings tab.
3. Locate the form and click the button beside File.
4. Select Preview to review and print the document.
5. Once the PDF file appears, click the Printer icon in the top-right corner.
6. From the Pages field, select Custom and then enter 3.
7. In the Destination field, click See more... then select Manage to configure your printer and follow on-screen prompts to print or save the form.

If you want to print previously filed quarterly forms (941 Schedule B) or annual forms (940) in QuickBooks, navigate to the Filings tab and select Archive to access them. From there, adjust the Start Date and End Date, then use the Filter button to narrow down your search and display the forms you want to print. Then click View and follow steps 5 through 7 mentioned above.
