Thank you for the great instructions on how to amend the 941X, but I have a follow-up question.

The reason I have to amend the 941 is because of a change of employee classification from employee to independent contractor (Pastor at our church). I am only requesting a refund of the employer portion, assuming that the withheld and paid employee portions will continue to be accredited to the employee's self-employment taxes. Is this correct?
