To start, could you please confirm which reporting view you used to generate and print these reports—the modern view or the classic view? Knowing this will help me better understand your situation and provide guidance specific to your reporting setup.

 

If the document were pulled up and printed in the modern view, please note that this feature is part of QuickBooks Online’s (QBO) updated reporting layout, which is designed to streamline functionality and enhance usability. However, as this is a relatively new experience, it is still undergoing ongoing refinements.

 

In this case, if you have the option to switch back, I recommend doing so by opening your report and selecting the Switch to classic view option. Once done, rerun and print it to verify that the timestamps display correctly.
