  • Verify that you have enough funds in your bank account to cover the total payroll amount.
  • There may be data corruption within your QuickBooks file that is preventing the payroll from being processed successfully.

 

If none of the options above applies to your situation, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Desktop support for further assistance. Please provide them with detailed information, including any error messages or specific steps you've taken to troubleshoot.

 

Follow the steps provided below:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  3. Choose Contact Us.
  4. Describe your issue, then click Continue.
  5. Sign in to your Intuit account and then Continue and proceed with Continue with my account.
  6. Pick to chat with us or Have us call you.
