Juneteenth is not National Independence Day. Did you make that up yourself or did someone feed you that nonsense and you bought it?

 

Last I checked, National Independence Day is the fourth of July.

 

RE: you should've sent your payroll one business day earlier than you normally would so that you can release your employee's salary on the 20th of June.

 

Other than that being a nonsensical word salad ("release your employee's salary"??), as @BC45 notes, that's not what Intuit says:
