Let me help you sort this out, @Tayjohnson13.

When accessing your paystubs via QuickBooks Workforce for the first time, do it by clicking the link from the invitation you’ve received. By doing so, you’ll be able to enter your SSN or the amount of the last paycheck you’ve received.

To access the invitation, here's how:

  1. Open your email.
  2. Look for an email from Intuit Service (QBOPayrollNoReply@intuit.com) with a subject "Finish setting up with (insert business name here)."
  3. Click the Get access for paychecks link to accept the invite.
  4. Create an Intuit account, or sign in with your existing one.
  5. Enter your last paychecks net pay or SSN.

You can check this article for more detailed information: QuickBooks Workforce: Access your paychecks and W-2’s online.

If the issue persists, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate this concern for a possible browser-related issue:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Workforce account on a private browser. Kindly use either of the following shortcut keys:
    • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift N
    • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
    • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  Shift P
    • Safari: press Command Shift N
  2. The stored data of your regular web browser may affect it's performance especially if it becomes corrupted or damaged. You may want to clear the cache of your regular web browsers.
  3. Alternately, you can use other web browsers.

You can check this article for more detailed steps: Troubleshooting browser problems.
