I am experiencing the exact same issue. On january 2 2025, once I realized I would not be able to add employer paid health insurance to the w2, I contacted Quickbooks and initiated the case. Gave them all of the information and was assured corrected w2s would be forthcoming. Then received an email a few weeks later that the case was closed with no resolution. Opened another case, spent so much time on numerous calls with Quickbooks to resolve this, giving them the employee names and amounts over and over. After a couple of weeks, I called and was told our case was closed at my request. Again, I initiated a new case, same wasted time on the phone. Today I received a call verifying the amounts and names, got an email that the corrections were made and case closed. There were ZERO corrections made to the w2s.  ZERO. So i chatted online with requests to resolve and was told this is the way they do it.  Absolutely maddening.  I've loved this software until the past few months when so many changes have been implemented which take a lot of control of my payroll out of my hands.  So now I will have to submit the corrected w2s to the IRS myself, at this late date.  Very frustrating and a horrible business model for Quickbooks going forward.
