Hello there, jbullock1. I'm here to help ensure your hours are calculated accurately.

To begin, let's verify that your payroll items are correctly mapped in both QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online Payroll, as the calculated hours depend on your setup.

Here's how to check the payroll mapping in QuickBooks Time:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online company and go to Time.
  2. Click on the Go to classic QuickBooks Time link to access the QB Time browser.
  3. Select QuickBooks Payroll and then click on Preferences.
  4. Choose the Payroll Item Mapping Tool button.
  5. In the Map Employees tab, expand the employee and ensure that the payroll item selected is regular overtime.
  6. Also, check the Map Service Items tab to confirm that regular overtime is selected there as well.

For more detailed information, please refer to this article: Map QuickBooks payroll items in QuickBooks Time.

Here's how to check the payroll mapping in QuickBooks Online Payroll:

  1. Go to Payroll and select Employees.
  2. Open the employee's profile.
  3. Navigate to Pay types and click Edit.
  4. Uncheck the PV OT you set up and click Save.

Please refer to this article for more details: Manage your payroll items in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

If you're still experiencing issues, try clearing your browser's cache to rule out any browser-related problems.

Additionally, you can run payroll reports to get a comprehensive overview of your business and employees.

Please return to this thread if you have other questions about the process, jbullock1. We're here to help you every step of the way.
