Jelayca -  Thank you for your response but telling me to contact the help desk that is not open until Monday does not help me very much with trying to solve the problem now.

 I hope that another member of the community has possibly experience this issue in the past and will be so kind to provide me with instructions to correct the issue and avoid the time drain of contacting the help desk.
