Allow me to share some insights into managing your W-2 payroll form in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Initially, QuickBooks Online relies on your browser's cache and cookies to enhance its performance. However, this can occasionally lead to problems. I'll show you how to carry out some fundamental troubleshooting steps to address the unusual behavior you're experiencing with your browser.


Here's how:
 

To begin, sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in an incognito window. It will prevent the browser history from being saved.

 

Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
     

Moreover, you also have to make sure that you're able to clear your browser. From there, you'll be able to eliminate stored cache and cookies that are causing your browser to experience operational issues.
