E-filing amended forms is not available in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. Since you're only submitting Schedule B, you can reopen the original Form 941. Then, check the box for Semi-weekly depositor for QuickBooks to generate a Schedule. Refer to the screenshot below for additional guidance:
Once done, you can then print the form with Schedule B before mailing it to the IRS.
