@ArielI The problem we are experiencing is not that the DE-9C is not showing up in the File Forms tab.  The problem is that when we attempt to e-file the DE-9C when one of the listed employees does not have a social security number (and is instead setup with all zeroes in their respective employee information screen), we receive an error message and are unable to e-file the form.

 

I don't understand why this is so hard for all of you QuickBooks representatives to understand.  It really is a straightforward issue that has been explained in detail over and over again in this thread.
