Rasa-LilaM, Please see my chat thread posted above where I spent approximately 1 hour chatting with Carla, the situation was elevated to Level 3, and the customer care team did NOT have the tools to remove the users access as you have stated they do.  Please only provide accurete helpful information that is not misleading.
