@ChadCLK  RE: I called QB today and was told you can't submit a form with SSNs as zeros, which is incorrect as that's exactly what the EDD wants you to do.

I've been seeing a pattern lately with Intuit, where they seem to just make s**t up (like this) and then change the product in a sophomoric effort to save you from yourself. It's amazing really, how they now seem to live in an alternate reality regarding compliance.

They didn't used to be this way. They used to understand the law and write payroll software that worked, and didn't make these sorts of blunders - which they now do on a regular basis.
