I spent THREE ACTUAL HOURS on the phone doing screen share while they communicated with "second tier" help and beck end help yesterday. And then they asked to call me back today, as it was still not resolved. You likely just saved me at least another three hours.

FYI for others - the one additional step I needed to take was to sign out completely and then sign back in between turning exporting off and turning it back on.
