I appreciate you for returning to this thread, Saphire. Allow me to join and provide additional details to get this fixed.

Before sending a new invitation to them, make sure you send payroll data after removing the current email address and entering the new one. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Employees menu and select Employees Center.
  2. Double-click the employee's name.
  3. In the Required Info section, remove the email address.
  4. Once saved, go back to the Employees menu.
  5. Choose Send Payroll Data.
  6. In the Send/Receive Payroll Data window, click Send All.
  7. Enter your PIN. Then, OK.
  8. Follow the same steps from 1-7 when entering a new email address.

After completing the process, follow the steps provided by my colleague earlier when sending the invitation again. If it doesn't work, you can reach out Payroll Support Team via chat. By connecting with us, we can assist you in updating it. It's recommended that you and your employee are both available at the same time to complete the process.

  1. Go to this link: Chat with us.
  2. Enter your email address, name and concern.
  3. Click the Start Chat button.
