You can print the 1099s one by one in QuickBooks Online by following these steps:
- Go to Taxes and then select 1099 filings.
- Choose the form you want to print.
- Click View to see a PDF copy.
Alternatively, you can also use the Download button, and each copy will be saved in its respective folder. Here's how:
