Since all the troubleshooting steps didn't work, I recommend contacting our support. They can check your account to ensure all is set up and organized. They have tools to determine the root cause of your concern. Here's how:
 

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your issue, then hit Continue.
  4. Tap either Start a chat or Get a callback.
