Currently, our product engineers are aware of the issue of QuickBooks Desktop crashing when going to the Payroll setup wizard. Rest assured, they're diligently working towards finding a permanent fix to this matter.

This way, they'll add your company to the list of affected users and be notified if there are any updates available.

- Go to the Help menu. Then, select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern. Then, hit Continue.
- Sign in to your Intuit account.
- Enter the code you'll receive in your Intuit email. Then, click Continue.
- Choose to Chat with us or Have us call you.
