Guess my reply was censored.  In short, no, this is not helpful.  Quickbooks has a bug.  It should not allow submission of a form early, since the IRS will reject it.  It further will not help you submit it electronically again.  Your choice is to pay to download software to file electronically or print out and mail to the IRS.  If Quickbooks would allow a resubmission, I would have a higher opinion of their willingness to address a clear bug.  But that's the way it is.

DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR FORM 941 BEFORE THE END OF THE PERIOD, EVEN IF THE IRS HAS ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OF THE FINAL TAX PAYMENT.
