Let me share some details about accessing payroll through the mobile app @sparkling.clean.. 

We can do payroll using our mobile device and accessing QuickBooks Online (QBO) through a web browser. We can go to any browser installed on your phone and log in to our QBO account. There we can start managing our employees.
