I appreciate your efforts in contacting our Live Support Team. Your employee has two options if they require assistance with updating the mobile number setup for Workforce:

 

  1. Submit an Account Recovery Request
  2. Change their email address and get a new invite from the employer to set up a workforce account again

 

To submit an account recovery request, let your employee use the account recovery form in this article: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in. Then, we'll process your request within one business day.
