Hi All, I still cannot export my QBO Payroll data to QB Desktop. It worked seamlessly before but now the Export button has disappeared. I have tried all the suggested solutions - cleared cache, used multiple browsers, and talked to QB Team who after a week sent me an email saying the issue is resolved when it still exists. I have gone to the payroll settings to edit the export settings but no option shows up for exporting to QBO or QB desktop. I don't want to have to manually enter payroll in QBO or QB desktop. Cannot imagine how such an established company has not figured this out and resolved it when so many on this board have had the same issue for more than a year now. Has anyone figured this out? QB Team any solutions besides the above? Thanks!
