Turn off the auto forms in you qb account and just go directly to the state page to file- then you know you have it correctly and don't have to rely on qb to make the pmts or file anything for you.  The state pages are easy to follow along and have help buttons and phone numbers that go to real, live, helpful people   GOOD LUCK!
