Buy nowPreviously I have been able to edit time sheets in QBO with two clicks while billing. Weekly I have to update multiple time entries to either make them billable, correct the customer, make the time unbillable, etc. Out of the blue I can no longer do it and took ten minutes to navigate to TSheets, unapprove three weeks, edit multiple time entries, re approve them, and reexport them (multiply that times the 60ish bills each week and it is horrific). Then go back and try to create the bill. Weekly billing is going to go from sixish hours to two days.
Clearly QBO could process the previously imported time so that it wasn't duplicated - this new process is going to kill us and require us to find another provider. I would like to utilize the beta option to see if that is an adequate workaround first. After an hour on the phone with tech support, I was essentially told it is what it is and no we don't announce changes like this.
