Buy nowI figured out a solution - In order to make changes or add a state to an employee profile, you need to make sure that the other profiles that have the same SSN attached are made INACTIVE. Once you make the profile(s) that all contain the same SSN inactive, you can make changes or additions. Once your changes are done, just re-activate all the employee profiles. You will get a warning message indicating that the SSN is already in use, do you want to continue, and you just click YES (like it was before the update).
