Since the information shared above doesn't apply when inviting your employee and the issue persists after performing those steps, it is best to contact our Customer Care Team again so they can perform real-time assistance in reviewing your account and conduct further investigation into this unusual behavior. As the Community Space is a public forum, we're unable to collect sensitive information to pull up your account. You can also request a screen-sharing session so they can verify your setup.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), click Help.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help or press F1 on your keyboard.
  3. Click the Contact Us button in the Have a Question? window.
  4. Enter your concern in the description box and select Continue.
  5. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.
