Buy nowI have a couple of troubleshooting steps to share to see the View button, @psi08.
For some reason, cache's internet files can be misconfigured or damaged. With this, when you visit that webpage again, your browser reuses those damaged internet files, and you'll notice an unusual error or display like the system hiding the View button. In this case, I recommend isolating this issue by using an incognito or private browsing mode.
It is free from internet files, avoiding possible QuickBooks errors. Here's how to run a private browsing mode:
From there, log in to your QBO account and check if you see the View option from the Archived forms.
If it works, clear your browser's cache. This will remove damaged or misconfigured internet files. The browser will download the latest data from the QBO server. It also optimizes the browser's performance.
Alternatively, you can run QBO on other supported browsers like Google Chrome and Firefox to see if it fixes the hurdle.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Online Payroll Support team to investigate this further. They have tools to pull up your account on file and can check it internally.
Please let me know if you need more assistance with this. I'm still here to help you out. Take care always.
