Greetings, @Dooger. I'll outline how to get in touch with our Assisted Payroll Support Team. This is to make sure you can contact them to get answers to your questions regarding the crashing employee center or any concerns with payroll.

Since we made it easier to contact our QuickBooks Support Team, you can do so by selecting the Help option from the menu. Follow these steps to do that:

1. Open QBDT.
2. Go to the Help menu.
3. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help, then click Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief description of your issue in the description box and hit Continue.
5. Sign in to your Intuit account and follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Select Chat with us or Have us call you.
