I wish you didn't have to go through all these hurdles when doing your payroll tasks, FBCPA.

 

I understand how updates are relevant, and we appreciate the time you've taken to let us know about this concern. As per checking, we currently have an ongoing investigation relating to this unusual behavior when accessing payroll or the employee center. Please know that our engineers are already aware of this issue and are implementing measures to provide a resolution as soon as possible.

 

With that, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to have your account information added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive updates regarding the status of the investigation and ensure you'll get back to business.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), click Help.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help or press F1 on your keyboard.
  3. Click the Contact Us button in the Have a Question? window.
  4. Enter your concern in the description box and select Continue.
  5. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.
