I understand that every time you've called, all you've heard is that we're working on it is true. This is because we still have an ongoing issue with the error message you encounter while exporting transactions in QuickBooks Online.

The problem has been brought to the attention of our engineers, and they are currently prioritizing and investigating it. Although this is being actively looked at, we don't have an estimated time frame when this will be fixed. I encourage you to contact again our QuickBooks Online Support if you have not yet been added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified when the issue has been resolved.
