I fathom the significance of viewing your employee's W2 forms, @thor4. I'll provide additional details to ensure you submit them to Minnesota on time.

To clarify, have you followed Rubielyn's steps above? It will walk you through the process of accessing the forms.

If you did and it's still the same, I've got other steps for you. If you have a new interface, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Taxes menu and select Payroll tax.
  2. Press the Filings, then click the Resources icon.
  3. On the Filings & Forms page, choose W-2s.
  4. From there, you can pick which one you need.

The available copies are W-2, Copies BC & 2 link. I've got these screenshots for your reference:

QuickBooks submit W2s electronically. If you haven't archived the form, you'll need to reach out to the IRS directly.

See this article to learn how to handle W-2s: Get answers to your W-2 questions. It contains all the processes you need to prepare for tax season.

I've got these guides to take note of the key dates and print your W-2 and W-3 forms:

Drop me a comment if you need more assistance accessing tax forms in QBO. I'll keep an eye on your response. Take care always.
