To protect the employee's bank details, only the last four digits will appear on the employee's profile and in the Employee Detail report. As a result, creating a report that shows which account the money was deposited into is not possible in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We see consumer feedback as an opportunity to improve our products' numerous features. I'd suggest providing direct feedback to our engineers. They may investigate this suggestion and include it in future updates. Let me show you:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Hit Feedback.
3. Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.
4. Click Next.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

We can also print the direct deposit payment from the list of the paychecks that have been created. Let me show you how:

1. Go to Payroll.
2. Select Employees.
3. Under Run payroll, select Paycheck list.
4. Customize the date base on the checks you've created.
5. Select the payment in question.
6. Click Print.
