Before anything else, know that I understand the urgency of this matter, and I want to ensure this gets resolved as soon as possible.  I've checked here on my resources, and yes, our engineers are still working on it, and you'll receive an email update once it's fixed and troubleshooting is available on our end.

In addition, you can visit this article to make sure you’re not missing any historical paychecks. Add pay history to QuickBooks Online Payroll.

You can also invite your employee so they can view their pay stubs using workforce: Invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see pay stubs and W-2s if you use QuickBooks Deskto....
