Hi, J-Kelly. I understand that you're having difficulties attempting to print your 1099-NEC.
I want to ensure you can print them and file them on time. To align and print the forms, follow the steps below:
- Click the Print 1099s button.
- Select the range (of date) the 1099s were paid from and tap OK.
- Pick the form 1099(s) you wish to print and choose the Preview 1099 button.
- If the alignment is still off, go to the File menu at the top-left corner and select Printer Setup.
- Choose the 1099-NEC or 1099s from the list in Form Name.
- Tap the Align button and adjust alignment as needed.
- Hit OK twice to save the changes.
However, if the same things happen, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to further look into the account and create a case to be submitted for further investigation.
