I checked our records, and there haven't been any documented instances of a missing Payroll Settings and Send a reminder option in QuickBooks Online. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps mentioned to my colleagues above? Consider the following:
- Using incognito mode or a browser
- Delete the cache and cookies
- Use various browsers
- Make the contractor inactive and re-create them in the system
If you did already and the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Technical Support Team again. In this manner, they may further check into this missing option issue with our engineering team and suggest more troubleshooting methods to get this fixed.
