I have been trying to fix an issue that THEY caused for over a month. I keep getting the runaround. I can never get to a Supervisor. 
I was given a Live Bookkeeper - who basically told me the mistake they made was "too big" and they would not help me.
I would like to file a formal complaint, how can I do this please?
