Thank you for reaching out to the Community, @rachelleclif.

Currently, entering multiple compensation codes for one employee is unavailable. You can, however, add or change pay types for your employee.

However, your idea is brilliant, and other users may also find it helpful.

In the meantime, you can submit feedback to our software engineers. They may consider adding it to our future product updates.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear Icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Type in a brief description of your suggestion and click "Next".

If you want to stay in the loop about the new features and product updates, you can visit this link: QuickBooks Online Blog.

You can read through this article if you want to learn how to assign a workers' comp class to an employee in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

For more questions about worker's compensation codes and pay types, don't hesitate to reach out to us again. Keep safe.
