I have run into this recently and I had to increase the limits of DD with Intuit.  It seems they had to do something online before I could run the payroll at issue once it was raised.  I was told DD limits were reset every 6 days and I'm on QB Desktop.  I do payroll weekly and haven't had an issue since I increased it.  I do wonder still if the limits are gross payroll or net payroll.
