I know this hasn't been an easy process for you, @alecblodgett.

Allow me to chime in and share some information about assigning multiple classes per employee. However,  assigning multiple classes per employee is unavailable in QB Time. We can only assign it per employee.

With that, I'd like to reiterate what peers' answers stated above. Our engineers are taking notes of our customers' ideas and insights for future updates in QuickBooks.

If your assigned class is not showing in your account, you can refer to this article on how to turn it on and manage it: Get started with class tracking in QuickBooks Online.

I'd also encourage you to visit these articles about managing kiosks and the QBO common questions.

Feel free to let me know if you have further questions about class tracking or QuickBooks related. I'm continuously here, willing to help you. Take care.
