RE: Currently, the filing of the 941x form is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. You'll need to file it manually. 

That's odd! It's a rather basic form that has been available in QuickBooks Desktop for at least a decade.  Desktop will even pre-fill it for you like the regular 941.
